Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next 1–2 working days.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days after processing.

  • Pickup service: Available the next day after processing.

  • Orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled.

Shipping Fees

  • Flat-rate shipping fee of RM20 for all delivery addresses within Peninsular Malaysia.

  • Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on our website.

Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be provided via WhatsApp.

Stock Availability

Stock levels may change frequently. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via WhatsApp. You may choose to:

  • Wait for restock and receive the item on a mutually agreed date, or

  • Exchange it for another available product of equal value.
