我们源于一份对健康饮食的追求。自 2023 年起,从家庭厨房出发,凭借对传统工艺的热爱与不断探索,我们专注于研发天然酵母老面馒头。经过反复改良与坚持,终于呈现出独特的风味与口感——松软而有嚼劲,冷却后依然保持柔韧,不易变硬。

我们坚信食物应当回归本真,因此始终坚持 100% 天然食材,拒绝任何化学添加剂。我们的初心,是希望通过一颗颗纯粹的馒头,让更多人品味到健康、安心与传统手工的温度。

Our story began with a simple desire to eat healthier. In 2023, we started in our own home kitchen, experimenting with natural sourdough and traditional techniques. After countless trials and refinements, we created our signature sourdough steamed buns—uniquely flavorful, soft yet delightfully chewy, and able to stay tender even after cooling.

We believe that food should remain true to its natural essence. That’s why we insist on using 100% natural ingredients and never add any chemical additives. With every bun we make, our mission is to bring health, trust, and the warmth of tradition to the table.
